The Roots of Music stands out for its comprehensive approach to empowering youth through music education, professional development, and cultural preservation. We recognize the varied challenges and barriers facing New Orleans youth, and we are unique for having built a set of programs that address those challenges through music.
This Logic Model demonstrates how TROM’s comprehensive approach – which includes wraparound services such as social work, counseling, transportation, meals, and mentorship – addresses the holistic needs of students.
