Arkesha Baquet was born and raised in New Orleans, attended L. B. Landry High School in the class of 1993. She has a degree in psychology from Southern University of New Orleans, SUNO class of 2000. Arkesha is the proud owner of Li’l Dizzy’s Cafe, a Creole family restaurant located in the heart of the historic Treme neighborhood.
